Clare qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and worked for many years in both private practice and in-house across sectors including retail, telecommunications, transport & logistics, hospitality, housing, education and charities. Clare has particular expertise representing clients in the employment tribunal and her key skill is giving pragmatic advice to clients - solutions, not flowery options!
As an accredited mediator, Clare has a particular focus on complex workplace disputes which may, if unresolved, lead to costly employment tribunal claims. Clare's key skill lies in facilitating forward thinking rather than dwelling on the past.
Clare is based in Milton Keynes but has clients all over the UK. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Society and the Society of Mediators.
